Obituary of Dorothy Lee Dawson

Dorothy Lee Dawson, age 85, of the Negley Community, passed away, Friday, May 25, 2018, at Legends Healthcare Center.  Mrs. Dawson was born, February 15, 1933, in Garvin, Oklahoma to R.A. and Nannie Rhodes Burns.  She was a member of Leesville Baptist Church.  Her husband, James Dawson ; 3 brothers, Marlin Brown, George Brown and Bill Burns; and 1 sister, Rena Carney all preceded her in death. 

Memorials services are set for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 29, 2018, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Ellis officiating.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Janice Freeman and husband, W.R. of Clarksville and Trina Keys and husband, Johnnie Pee of Clarksville ; grandchildren, Lee Bland Lee and husband, Cody of Gatesville, Luke Bland of Clarksville and Parker Freeman of Clarksville; great grandchildren, Aubrey, Tensley and Sawyer Bland and Rodie and Leddy Lee.
