Obituary of Thresa Jan Tackett

Thresa Jan Tackett, age 65, of Ore City, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018.

 

Jan was born February 27, 1953, in Marysville, CA. to Lawrence and Lillie Huges Phillips.  Jan loved art, she enjoyed drawing and painting.  She loved her grandchildren and family most of all.  Her parents preceded her in death.

 

The family will receive friends one hour before service time at Clarksville Funeral Home.

 

Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 6, 2018, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Don Shovan officiating.  Burial will follow in Lone Star Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

 

Survivors include her husband, Larry Tackett of Ore City; 1 son, Chad Tackett and wife, Emily of Ft. Worth; 1 daughter, Whitney Farish and husband, Billy of Virginia Beach VA; 2 sisters, Diane Bruton and husband, Danny of Clarksville and Annette Yager of Irving; 4 grandchildren, Alex Tackett, Cole Farish, Case Farish and Carter Farish and numerous nieces and nephews.
