Obituary of Terry Glenn Simmons

Terry Glenn Simmons, age 65, of Cuthand, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at his residence.

Terry was born August 19, 1952, in Plainview to Bobby Gene and Lila Pearl Cannon Simmons.  Terry enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing.  He was a selfless person and he would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.  Terry loved his family and friends.  Preceding him in death are his parents and two brothers, Perry Simmons and Bobby Alan Simmons.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 13, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Graveside services are set for 1:00p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Cuthand Cemetery with Rev. John Province officiating.  Burial is under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include his son, Matthew Jared Simmons of Cuthand; his daughter, Misti Dawn Grogan and husband, Rob of Tyler; his brother, Tommy Simmons of Crockett and 4 grandchildren, Aubrey Marlin, Cash Simmons, Braiden Grogan and Jay Grogan.
