Obituary of Dolly Lou White

Dolly Lou Tidwell White, age 91, of Annona, passed away, Sunday, January 06, 2019, at her residence. 

Dolly was born at home in Bassett, Texas on April 19, 1927.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Billy W. White, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Funeral services are set for 4:00p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. James Brown officiating.  Private burial will be Thursday under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.

Survivors include her two sons, David W. White and wife, Carolyn of Clarksville and Michael “Mickey” P. White and wife Patty of Annona; her sister Patsy Melton and husband Gene of Dallas; her sister-in-law, Glenda Lavy and husband Robert of Henrietta and Beverly Simmons of Nocona; her grandchildren, Brian White of Denton, Jeremy White of De Kalb, Kevin White of Jacksonville, Florida, Bryan Welch of Clarksville, Angie Formby of Texarkana, Arkansas, Rachel McEntee of Mt. Pleasant and Nathan Thomas of Annona; eleven great grandchildren; special caregivers; Linda Moran, Becky Cross, Nelda Maynard and Cyndi Gustin and several nieces and nephews.
