I remember Billy Wayne riding on my tricycle in front of our house.
I was five and Billy Wayne was about twelve. Mother took his picture. He was way to big for the little tricycle, he was using his heels to push the pedals and his knees were sticking way out. It was so funny, we all had a good laugh. He had a special in my heart. Loved him dearly.
