Obituary of Sherry May Story

Sherry May Proctor, age 72, of Clarksville, passed away, Sunday, February 6, 2011, at ETMC Clarksville. She was a loving mother and grandmother and of the Baptist faith. She was born May 17, 1938, in Dallas to Melvin Lewis and Bobbie Proctor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Duward Story. Survivors include a son, James Story and wife Shannon of Cuthand; two daughters, Cynthia Story of Avery and Diana Story of Arizona; one brother, Ed Proctor of Bogata; eight grandchildren, Thomas Hall II, Karen Hall Strength, Jeremiah Story, Heather Story, Sarah Story, Daniel Pruitt, Joseph Pruitt and Suzy Story; and five great grandchildren, Austin Hall, Jayton Hall, Gebriel Strength, Haley Strength and Alyas Strength. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements were handled by Clarksville Funeral Home.
