Obituary of Maudie Lambert

Maudie Lambert, age 70, of Maud, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2012, at her residence. Maudie was born February 24, 1941, in Fordyce, Arkansas to Nathan and Sybil Steelman. Maudie was a retired Nurse from Sunny Acers Nursing Home in DeKalb. She was preceded in death by her father and her husband, Bunk Lambert; and a brother, James Steelman. Graveside services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Sunday, January 15, 2012, at Pine Springs Cemetery, with Rev. Deanie Lambert officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Jason Lambert, Adam Lambert, Matt Lambert, Bruce Lowrance, Pete Lee and Joe Hutto. Survivors include her mother; 2 sons, Larry Lambert and wife Donna of Idabel, Oklahoma and Lynn Lambert and wife Sherrie of Minden, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Leanne Lambert and husband, Robert, Lacie Nesbitt and husband, Drew and Lyndsi Lambert; and her geat grandchildren, Odie, Buckers and Weezer.
