Obituary of Robert H. Barton

Robert Barton, age 90, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, July 30, 2012, at ETMC, Clarksville. Mr. Barton was born August 4, 1921, in Overton, Texas to Clarence and Mallisie Odell Gill Barton. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He married Oteen Barton and she preceded him in death on December 23, 2001. Survivors include his son, Philip Barton Sr. and wife Brenda of Clarksville; his grandson, Philip Barton, Jr. and wife April of Clarksville; two great grandchildren, Chase and Mason Barton; and a half grandson and granddaughter, James and Janet Boone. Cremation arrangements are by Clarksville Funeral Home. His cremains will be buried in Avery Cemetery at a later date.
