Obituary of Pauline A. Hulen

Pauline Hulen, age 93, of Detroit, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013, at Regency Nursing Center. Mrs. Hulen was born September 13, 1919, in Choctaw County, Oklahoma, to Frank and Doony Allen. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Floyd Hulen; two sisters, Viola Phillips and Louise Sryglye; two brothers, Robert Allen and Zade Allen. Funeral services are set for 4:00 p.m. at Martin Memorial United Methodist in Detroit with Pastor Jerry Irvin officiating. Burial will follow in Detroit cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Jamie Miller, Dale Miller, Carol Denison, Keith Tyson, Paul Garrett and Bobby D. Phifer. Survivors are her son, Jerry Hulen and Robert Hulen and wife Irna of Raymondville; her grandson Darrel Hulen of Detroit; two Great Granddaughters, Krissi Hulen and Tori Tyson and husband Keith and two great-great grandchildren, Adlyn and Jaxson Tyson.
