Obituary of Gary Travillion

Gary “Sweet T” Travillion, age 51, of Clarksville, passed away, Friday, June 07, 2013, at Regency Nursing Center. Until his health failed, Gary was a salesman for James Hodge Motors in Paris. He loved his family and music was his passion but most of all he was a very loving and giving person. Gary was born April 8, 1962, in Clarksville to Gilbert and Mary Brown Travillion. His father preceded him in death. Funeral services are set for 10:30 a.m., Monday, June 10, 2013, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Larry Rushing and Chad Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Lanes Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 Sunday afternoon at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Wayne Johnson, Richard McIntire, Jim Bo Thompson, Bruce Roseberry, David Jackson, David Nix and Todd Hines. Honorary Pallbearers are Gary Porterfield, Angela Foster, Tracy Travillion and Raymond Brock. Survivors include his mother, Mary Travillion of Clarksville; a son, Devin Travillion of Paris; a daughter, Stacy Travillion of Clarksville; 2 sisters, Caren Travillion Holder of Avery and Gayla Travillion McCoy of Paris.
