Obituary of Alice Lorene Buster

Alice Lorene Buster, age 88, formerly of Red River County, passed away, Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at her residence in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mrs. Buster was born June 30, 1925, in Red River County to Matt Victor and Alice Burgess Mabry. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vernon Allan Buster, Sr.; her brothers, Matt V. Mabry, Guy Mabry and Gene Mabry; and her sister, Velma Hulen. Funeral services are set for 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2013, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Jim Neeland officiating. Burial will follow in Bogata Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include her son, Vernon Allen Buster, Jr. and wife Glenda of Yukon, Oklahoma; 2 daughters, Barbara Jo Brightwell of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Cathie McConnell and husband Harold of Yukon, Oklahoma; 3 sisters, Frances Littrell of Paris, Tressie Presley and husband Bobby of Pittsburg and Jo Neeland and husband Jim of Paris; 3 brothers, Marvin Mabry of Berea, Ohio, Don Mabry of Clarksville and Bill Mabry and wife Joan of Paris; 4 grandchildren, Jeremy Shane Wythe and wife Cristine, Amy Murray, Staci Duvall and husband Charles and Bryan Buster and wife Ashley; 4 great grandchildren, Ethan Murray, Tristan Wythe, Trystin Duvall and Emma Rose Duvall and numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend Ross Price.
