Obituary of Charles Wolf

Charles “Butch” Wolf, age 65, of Detroit, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2013, at his residence. Charles was born October 16, 1947, in Manila, Arkansas to Charles and Mandy Williams Wolf. Butch was an avid hunter and archer. He loved roping in his early years, but most of all, he loved his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Betty Bush. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. Tracy Williams and Rev. Don Shovan officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers are Burl Stewart, Phil Modessitt, Rick McKee, Blaine Puckett, Steve Story and Curtis McCullough. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Betty Wolf of the home; one son, Troy Chad Wolf and wife Stormi of Detroit; one daughter, Cherry Ann Wolf of Las Vegas, Nevada; one sister, Alice Scott of Oak Grove, Louisiana; one brother, James “Sonny” Wolf of Monticello, Louisiana; two grandchildren, Butch Kasey Wolf and Lainey Kate Wolf and three step grandchildren, Will, Keelie and Madison Robertson.
