My condolences to to "Coach R.G."'s family. I have fond memories (and some humorous stories, as will many of us who played for him). When I was a tall gangly, uncoordinated sophomore, he spent a lot of time with me after practice on the BB court, teaching me pivot moves and other valuable skills on the court. He held high standards and made us all better athletes and citizens.
