Obituary of Billy Bob Hill

Billy Bob Hill, age 90, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014, at ETMC of Clarksville. Billy Bob was born April 10, 1924, in Bagwell to Robert Jesse and Ola Yancey Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents; 4 sisters, Wilma Mauldin, Verdun Fischer, Janie Bettes and Audrey Westbrook. Mr. Hill was a Butcher. He worked for Safeway Grocery Stores in Clarksville and then owned his own butcher shop. He later retired from the Red River Army Depot. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. July 2, 2014, at the Bagwell Church of Christ with Steve Marx and Buddy Eddins officiating. Services are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 30 minutes before service time at the church. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Hill of the home; one son, Robert A. Hill of Clarksville; one sister Neva Jo Cmiel and husband Joe of Prescott, Arizona; one brother George Eugene Hill and wife Martha of Longview and numerous nieces and nephews.
