Obituary of Teddy Ray Bullard

Teddy Ray Bullard, age 60, of Clarksville, passed away July 24, 2014, East Texas Medical Center. Teddy was born September 6, 1953, in Clarksville to William Howard “Ted” and Wanda McGuire Bullard. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Jeannie Smith. Graveside services are set for 1:00 p.m. Sunday, July 27, 2014, at Liberty Cemetery with Rev. James Brown officiating. Burial is under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include his mother, Wanda Bullard of Clarksville; two daughters, Brittany Enox and husband, Justin of Reno and Kelsee Bullard of Dallas; one sister, Wanda Ann Nelms and husband, Edward of Monahans; one brother, Johnny Bullard and wife Cindy of Sherman and one grandchild, Tristian Enox.
