Obituary of Judy Marjorie Fain

Judy Marjorie Swain Fain, age 88, of Avery, passed away, Wednesday, September 24, 2014, in a Mt. Pleasant nursing home. Mrs. Fain was born in Edgewood on May 8, 1926. She was the daughter of William Joseph and Effie Cole Swain. She was married to L.L. Fain on March 20, 1948. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one brother, William G. Swain and two sisters, Dovie Costlow and Juanita Hale. Survivors include her sons, Jerry Smith and Alice of Mt. Vernon, Lonny Fain and Janet of Avery, Wayne Fain and Pat of Gainesville; her daughter, Elaine Kelsoe and Mike of Avery; one sister, Flozelle Vineyard of Balch Springs; 9 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 26, at Restland Cemetery in Dallas under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
