Obituary of Jo Ann Brooks

Jo Ann Brooks, age 65 of Clarksville, went to be with her Lord, May 3, 2009. She passed away at her residence. She was born December 10, 1943 in Clarksville to the late Fred and Abbey Wooten Harrison. Survivors include her son, Donnie Brooks and wife Patience of Odessa; Aunt, Elvis Wooten of Cuthand; numerous cousins including, Linda Eilers of Cuthand, Mary Torres of Bogata and Ann Clark of New Boston; and her faithful pet, Raz. The family would like to thank Katie Rogers, Margaret Ervin, Lela Mae Wells, Rebekah Olguin and all her other friends for being so good and kind to her. The family especially thanks Mrs. Margaret for taking her to all of her doctor appointments. Graveside services are 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2009 under the Pavillion at Cuthand Cemetery with Rev. Don Shovan officiating. Burial will follow in Cuthand Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
