Obituary of Mack Gibson

Mack Gibson, age 75, of Blossom, passed away Tuesday, September 01, 2015, at Clarksville Nursing Center. Mack was born, February 26, 1940, in Clarksville to Odas and Lena Mae Andrews Gibson. He served in the U.S. Navy. Mack was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Joan Gibson; a daughter, Tracy Ann Gibson; a brother, Jerry Gibson; and a sister, Carolyn Mitchell. Graveside services are set for 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Woodland Cemetery with Kenny Gibson officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. There will be no formal visitation. Survivors include a son, Carlous “Cal” Mack Gibson and wife, Sherry of Celeste; 2 daughters, Temperance Dee Gibson of Dallas and Tara Lynn Griffis of Celeste; sisters, Helen Coldin, Geraldine Spears, Donna Spears, Beverly Edwards and Elaine Beasley ; brothers, Gene and Kenneth Gibson; grandchildren, Alicia Mulkey and husband, Eric, Angela Devlin and husband, Seth, Johnthan Gibson, Garrett Gibson, Paisley Gibson, Raeleigh Gibson, Jessica Gibson, Dillion Gibson and wife, Sherry, Colt Griffis and wife, Sarah and Robert Griffis; and 8 great-grandchildren
