Obituary of Mark Peek

Marcus Harris Peek, age 75, of Boxelder, passed away, Thursday, November 05, 2015, at his residence. Mark was born June 22, 1940, in Red River County to Travis and Sybil Coats Peek. Mr. Peek was in the construction business and was an accomplished musician. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Mark was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Carolyn Lapinoja; 2nd wife, Bobbie Ann Peek; a son, Mark Thomas Peek; and a step-son, David Brem. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 8, 2015, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. James Brown officiating . Burial will follow in Gilliam Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Dalton White, Dillon White, Jessie Leverett, Jacob Brem, Michael Brem, Colton Brem and Hunter Brem. Survivors include 2 sons, James Peek and wife, Christina of Cooter, Missouri, Obed Anderson Peek and wife, Amanda of Blytheville, Arkansas; step-son, Tony Bob Brem and wife, Mandy of Roxton; 2 daughters, Kayla White and husband, Bobby of Redwater and Melanie Peek of Boxelder; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins and friends.
