Obituary of Marla Kathryn King

Marla King, age 42, of Boxelder, passed away Tuesday, May 03, 2016, at her residence. Marla was born July 12, 1973, in Paris to Jacob Solon and Pamela Maroney King. The family will receive friends one hour before service time. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2016, in Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home with Rev. James Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Boxelder Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include her mother, Pam King of Clarksville; her father, Jacob Solon King of Clarksville; her special, friend Jon Guy “Bo” Williams; her sister, Solya Beth King of Reno; 2 brothers, Jacob Solon King IV of Clarksville and Elijah Scott King of Clarksville; 4 nieces, Karlie, Erica, Ella and Nicole King; 4 nephews, Jake, Layne, John and Justus King and her music partner Amos Meredith “drummer”. “The song has ended but the melody lingers on”
