Obituary of Donna Clark Johnson

Donna Louise Clark Johnson, age 91, of Dallas, passed away, Monday, December 26, 2016, at her residence. Mrs. Johnson was born, September 13, 1925, in Paris to Moses Morrison “Buck” and Donna Louise Hill Clark. She was of the Methodist faith. Her former husband, Orland Wade Johnson preceded her in death. Mrs. Johnson was retired from the office of the Texas Governor’s Commission on Aging. Her other endeavors included administrator for the University Methodist Church in Austin and through her generosity provided housing for foreign graduate students. Graveside services are set for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at Clarksville Cemetery with Mrs. Johnson’s family members bringing the Eulogy. Services are under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include 2 sons, Byron Johnson and wife, Staci of McKinney and Richard Johnson and wife, Patricia of Katy; 1 daughter, Lea Dunn and husband, Jeff of Dallas; 1 sister, Rachel Braswell of Paris; 7 grandchildren, James Dunn, Jonathan Dunn, Ryan Johnson, Connor Johnson, Olivia Johnson, Sam Johnson and Mollie Johnson; and 2 nieces, Lauren Braswell Fondell and Amy Burrows.
