Obituary of Gladys Marie Edwards

Gladys Marie Edwards, age 92, of Clarksville, passed away, Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at Paris Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Edwards was born March 1, 1924, in Avery to Otis and Dorothy Peek. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Edwards; her daughter, Joyce Moses; and an infant son, Marvin Hill. Graveside services are set for 11:00, Thursday, January 12, 2017, at Gravel Hill Cemetery with Rev. James Brown officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Survivors include 2 daughters, Kay Duecy and husband, Terry of Parsons, Kansas and Annaha Featherhill of Avery; 1 sister, Dorothy Gravely of DeKalb; 4 brothers, Bo Peek, Carl Peek, Johnnie Peek and Amos Peek; grandchildren, Joshua Sears and wife, Kelly, Nicole Habiger and husband, Aaron, Donna Cook and husband, John, Don Delaney and wife, Cindy, Tony Moses and Rayna McGinty; 12 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
