Obituary of Brittany Camille Roseberry

Brittany Camille Bailey Roseberry, age 28, of Avery, passed away, Wednesday, March 1, 2017, near Clarksville. Brittany was born July 28, 1988, in Mt. Pleasant to Brian “Red” and Kay Rice Bailey. Her father; an Uncle, Tim Rice; and 2 sister-in-laws, Sonya Freeman and Marla Christophersen preceded her in death. Brittany was a very active young lady. She was a 2006 graduate of Detroit High School and exceled in Softball, Volleyball and Basketball. She was the 2006 Homecoming Queen and also held the honor of being Miss Detroit High School. Brittany was a certified ASA softball umpire, loved her family, friends and warm campfires. Currently Brittany served as the Red River County’s Commissioner’s Secretary. Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 5, 2017, at Detroit High School’s Glenn Townes Memorial Gymnasium with Bro. Don Shovan and Buddy Eddins officiating. Burial will follow in Savannah Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Clarksville Funeral Home. Pallbearers are David Huston, Doug Miller, Brandon Atwell, Jeff Moore, Wayne Johnson and David Barnett. Honorary Pallbearers are, Donny Gentry, Wesley Roseberry, Chad Roseberry, David Rust, Jim Caldwell and James Tompkins. Survivors include her husband, Kelly Roseberry of Avery; her son, Kelly Drake Roseberry of Avery; her mother, Kay Mazy and husband, Eddie of Pattonville; her father and mother-in-law, Gerald and Jerri Rust of Avery; her father and mother-in-law, Brian and Gina Roseberry of New Boston; 3 sisters, Jennifer Noe and husband, John of Clarksville, Lacey Bailey of Detroit and Melanie Lawrence and husband, Deejay; her brother, Justin Bailey and wife, Alanna of Pattonville; 3 brother in laws; Chad Roseberry and wife, Andrea of Boxelder, Wesley Roseberry and wife, Vickie of Avery and David Rust and wife, Sondra also of Avery; and nieces and nephews, Kenneth, Kayleigh, Layla, Mackenzie, Payton, Bennett, Stella, Ethan, Jaden, Lynzi, Brody, Katie, Bailea, Jasmine, Samantha, Alyson, Karla, Nik, Sean, Mallory, Tyler, Dakota, Meghan, Morgan, Dylan, Samuel, Kathryn, Rhalynn and Haley.
