Julie and family - So sorry to hear about your Mom. She was such a kind, loving, wonderful lady. We used to see her every year at the state Special Olympics games in Arlington. I could always count on her hugs as soon as they got off the bus! Such sweet memories, I will never forget her.

I was so sad to hear of Ruby's passing. She is in a far better place now! I have so many happy childhood memories of playing with her children in her home and always playing and visiting after church services when I was growing up. She was a wonderful friend of my parents and great Christian woman. Just last December I called Ruby and asked for help in planning my own father's funeral. I picture them in paradise now, visiting and having a great time together.

I am sorry to hear of your mother's death. She was a dear friend of my mother Wanda Crockett. She was so very helpful when my father was sick. My mother loved her. I depended on her to let me know when my mom needed something. She was truly a blessing to many.

Ruby was an amazing lady just like her sister Nancy. We were honored to get to know such a beautiful and giving lady. I rememer she drove her truck to see her sister, (my step-mom).
Nancy was so happy to have her visit. The two played cards and had the best times. She welcomed my husband and me as if she knew us for years. She was the kind of person that i strive to be like, full of life, giving and caring.
God bless her family. I know she adored her sons, daughter, nieces and all family members.

I'm so sad to hear this, but I know that she is flying high with all the angels. She is spreading love to all the ones in heaven. She was a joy to me. She always came to see me when she was subbing at the school. I loved her and will miss her sweet smile. Gone but never forgotten.

Oh my, God has received a beautiful angel back into His arms. Ms. Ruby was the brightest light in our/my life. I've known her seem like forever. Always smiling, giving her hugs. The best part, is the love and compassion she showed to our disabled son/grandson Glenkerious Scott, at school and every day she would see us. Rest now Ms. Ruby, you will be forever remembered by the Scott family. To her family, smile through your tears, because you were blessed with a presious Jewel. God loves you all and we do too.

Ruby Bagwell… Ms.Bagwell was as fine a lady as anyone could have ever asked for. Everyone who knew her knew this, as well as all of her feats across town. She was our light and leader. Our Special Olympics athletes and students from every grade through elementary, to high school, and beyond were dependent on our Ms Bagwell and she never let them down. Our lives have been more enriched for having known her and being a part of her instruction and care. She taught us all, not just education but behavior, and health and cleanliness, to getting along well with our peers and our elders. They loved her dearly and we all loved her just as much. A wonderful lady has left us for her place in Heaven and she will be sorely missed. Heaven has gained her from her earthly quarters, and God knows we have been blessed to have been so much a part of her lives as she was ours. Thank you lovely lady. God Bless her, and her dear family. We loved this dear lady. Sincerely, Carol Wooten and family.

Ruby was my precious sister-in-law and i loved her so very much. She was a very special lady, who every one who was around fell in love with her. She was a christian lady and loved the Lord very much. There isn't a doubt in my mind that she isn't sitting beside her Jesus now, just smiling so very big. She raised her children to love the Lord also. May God bless her children and grand children forever. I will miss you Ruby Doris, i loved you.
