Obituary of Dovie Marie Baird

Dovie Marie Tucker Baird, age 92, of Annona,  passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019, at her residence in Annona, Rev. James Brown and Rev. Deanie Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in Boxelder Cemetery under the direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. 

Funeral services are set for Monday, March 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lindeman Chapel of Clarksville Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends and hour before service time at Clarksville Funeral Home.

Mrs. Baird was born January 23, 1927 in Annona, to Oscar and Rena Lipe Tucker. She loved cooking for her family and friends, and loved her cats and flowers. 

She was preceded in death by her husband J.V. Baird, her parents Oscar and Rena Lipe Tucker, her brothers Bennie, Alford, Willie, Willard, Perry, and EJ, and her sister Fannie Mae. 

She is survived by her daughter Sharon M. Floyd and husband James Dean, son Rickey Baird and wife Lori, son Rodger Baird and wife Deadra,all of Boxelder; one sister, Maggie Felts and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Kelsey Baird, Landon Baird, Morgan Humphrey, Dean Floyd, Matthew Stanley, Austin Gaddis, and Eric Floyd.
