Dub was part of my life for as long as I can remember. I mourn his passing. I have not told my mother yet. She has been ill with pneumonia. They had great memories of Dr. Wright's Clinic. I hope you all are as positive and steady as your dad. You were so blessed to have him, and he was so proud of you. Donna Skaggs Townes-Griffin

Dear Grandkids, Your Gramps and Grammar were two very special people. They loved their family very much. I learned a lot from them over the years. You all are in my prayers.

Dear Rhonda and Lynne, I cannot remember when I did not know Dub and Ruth. Both were always a pleasure and joy to be around. After we moved across the street from them, Eddie, the kids and I were around them so much more and they became a extension of our family. When John left for the Navy, Dub was here for the fish fry and hugged him, wishing him well. And I remember him laughing at me when Laura moved to Paris and I was bawling because of the "empty nest". He promised I would enjoy the quiet - he was so right!! I think HE enjoyed the quietness in the neighborhood!! Eddie would come in the house laughing after visiting with Dub. Thank you for sharing your dad and mom with us. Love, Susan and Eddie

Gosh, where do I begin? Your mom and dad were probably two of the very first people we met when we moved here. They were so much a part of our "church" family and were always there for our family in time of need. Then to think , I grew up and became their neighbors. I will miss Dub daily, as I talked to him daily at work and at home. I hope that you can find some peace knowing that they are together now............ Love, Jill

Girls, and Dusty, I'm so sorry to hear the loss of Dub. He was one of my favorite people for years from the first blood drawn, working at RRGH with him. He was always the most cheerious person and kept us in good spirits all the time. Was a mighty good man and will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and your families. May God Bless and continue guiding you in these times. Love to you all. Carl/Margaret(Marty) Davis Wilcox
