To the wife and family of Don Cox, It is hard to think of Don without a sense of pride in that Core was privileged to have Don drive for us for many years. His work ethic and his way of dealing with people and Core customers helped build Core to the level that it is today. If Don was on a load you did not have to worry about it because you knew he would deliver on time. Don was more than an employee to me, he was a friend. He called me "Little Ceasar" and although I was not especially fond of the title I was fond of the friendship with which the title was given. In the many discussions we had, it was very apparent how important his family was to him. Many times he commented on how lucky he was. He often joked that he didn't know what his wife seen in him, but he was fortunate to have her. I think I know what she saw in him, because it was the same thing we saw; a truly kind, considerate, gentle and hard working man who loved people. We feel the sorrow you feel and we all truly wish he could walk into our office today and ask "What's next Little Cesar?" But we take comfort in the fact that we know Don is in that big truck stop in the sky enjoying the rewards of a good life and doing what he does best - joking and talking with people.

We are so sorry to hear of Don's passing. Our memory of him was of such a dedicated truck driver, with a joke, smile and a great snicker with his on going stories. He shared his passion for his wife, mother in law and his family. His work ethic was something that no one would ever question. If he said he was going to do something, it was done. He would call and talk to Jay his dispatcher, the first thing that would come out of his mouth " what do you think Little Cesar thinks of that ? "... then there had to be a snicker and a true laugh. Our deepest sympathy to his family. We know that the great memories will last forever and ever in their heart. We wish he could walk in here right now and give us all a laugh and story or two.
