I knew George from Ft. Wolters but until we went to Iran, I did not know Jean. She was something special and I loved her for being who she was. We lived in the next door apartment while we were in Iran and those are times that I treasure. We traveled together several times and my parents, who visited us in Iran, made them promise that if they left, they would force me to leave also. As it turns out, I needed no prompting. I have often intended to go and visit Jean but, as the saying goes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. My lesson is to go now and see your friends as there is no guarantee they will be here tomorrow. I loved her in a very heartfelt and warm way and my memories of her will never fade. My prayers for for the living who will miss her greatly. With much love and respect, Gene Allen

Sending Blessing and Prayers for the family. Had not seen Mrs. Bonner in quite awhile, but thought of her often. She was a wonderful woman and friend. She "adopted" my husband and i and treated us just like her own. she will be greatly missed by many people. May God help you all through this time of sorrow and ease your pain of loss. Remember her life and laugh. That is how she would have wanted it. God Bless each of you.
