To all of Granny Sue's family: I am just so sorry to hear of Granny Sue's passing. She was one of the sweetest ladies I know. A fun babysitter. Always had a smile for us when we came in from school. I just know my Mom was there when she arrived in Heaven. If anyone needs anything or just want to talk, call me. Michelle knows how to contact me. Sending prayers and much love your way. Love, Denise (Isbell) Rodriguez

Granny Sue is without a doubt one of the sweetest women I have ever met in my life. Her love for the Lord and her family spilled over to the hundreds of children she babysat, both at the daycare and in the church nursery. She was a wonderful influence to everyone. And in addition to being a dear friend, she was a Godsend to me. Brent, John and Laura would not be who they are today without Granny Sue's love and guidance. I love her dearly and I will greatly miss her. She endured more hardships in her life that anyone I know, and she never strayed from her faith. I am happy she came into my life.
